Latest news from our international projects – at the end of summer, for the first time we will invite young people from across Europe to meet in Lithuania, in Antalieptė, for the youth exchange OUTspoken Europe!
PROJECT LOCATION:

PROJECT AIM:
Youth exchange, cultural exchange, relaxation in nature, and activities away from screens.
PROJECT THEME:
Strengthening youth inclusion and civic engagement in Europe by reducing social exclusion and discrimination, and promoting intercultural dialogue, using English as a tool for connection.
PROJECT CONTENT AND PURPOSE:
An international youth exchange for teenagers aged 14–17 from rural areas and economically and socially sensitive backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ youth and autistic young people. The exchange will take place in simple English, with lots of visual and peer support, so that language becomes a means of connection rather than a test.
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:
10 participants and 2 group leaders from each of the following countries: Lithuania, Hungary, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic – 48 people in total. The Lithuanian group is coordinated by Liepa Ilčiukaitė and Rita Janulevičiūtė, and the overall project is coordinated by Aurelija Ignotė.
PROJECT PRIORITY:
Youth from smaller towns and rural areas, youth identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community, autistic young people, and youth living in challenging social environments.
PARTICIPANT AGE:
14–17 years old
PROJECT LANGUAGE:
English
ACCOMMODATION:
Participants will stay at Inovatorių slėnis with full amenities, but will spend most of their time outdoors.
MEALS:
Full catering will be provided.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Registration is open until April 30. Please evaluate whether you can truly participate on the specified dates, whether you meet the age criteria, and whether your English is sufficient to communicate with young people from other countries who do not speak Lithuanian. Selected participants will be informed personally on May 10 or earlier.
